When are orders shipped?
Orders are processed once per month, with most deliveries arriving within the first two weeks.
Can I choose when it starts?
Start dates can’t be customized. The first shipment goes out in the next monthly cycle after purchase.
Can I select specific styles?
Styles are curated to maintain variety. Specific selections aren’t available, but each shipment is carefully chosen.
Will I be billed again?
No. The full term is covered in one upfront payment. Auto-renewals are not used. To continue, simply place a new order when the term ends.
Past selections are tracked to help reduce duplicates on future orders.
Cancellation & Refund Policy 🔄
Cancellations are accepted before the term ends, with refunds issued on a pro-rated basis depending on shipments already sent.
Examples:
• 6-month plan, 4 shipments delivered → refund for remaining 2 months
• 12-month plan, 3 shipments delivered → refund for remaining 9 months
Refunds are calculated after cancellation confirmation. Delivered shipments are not refundable.
